Été is the only collection in the studio made entirely of cotton, and it exists for the four months when nothing else is bearable.
By Pooja Koshti Clothing

From March to June, Ahmedabad makes its own case for cotton. Été is the collection that answers it.
Twelve pieces — kurtis and summer dresses — and all of them cotton. No lining, no embroidery weight, nothing that needs careful handling. They are the most affordable pieces in the studio and, by some distance, the ones that get worn most.
A lining traps a layer of warm air against you. In a dry heat that is exactly the wrong thing. Everything in Été is single-layer, which is less about minimalism than about the garment being wearable at two in the afternoon.
Cotton takes a normal wash and prefers a shaded line to a dryer. Colours in the printed pieces hold better if the first wash is cold and separate. Beyond that these are not delicate garments and are not meant to be treated as such.
Poetry sits next to Été and does something adjacent — printed dresses and top-pant sets in mul and soft cotton, cut for days that do not need an occasion. Nothing in Poetry is embroidered either. The print is the whole idea.

We do not sell off a size chart. Every garment is adjusted to your measurements before it reaches you — which is why there is no chart on this website.
